Did any damages occur during your shipment? Contact us and we will provide our full support to process the report as quickly as possible and provide you with reimbursement.

We realise that the success of the relocation depends on the correct handling of claims. That is why it’s important to get started as soon as possible after damage has been discovered. What are these steps?

  1. Simply report the damage in a personal Relo Insurance Declaration App. We send this app with a personal activation code if there is damage. The damage can be easily photographed and reported with the application.
  2. You will be called immediately by one of our employees to discuss the damages that have occurred. We want to know what support you require and will provide professional guidance throughout the claim process.
  3. We look for the best solution to the problem as well as offering a number of alternatives. The solution may be a compensation for the damage, but can also be a quick repair or replacement. Each situation requires a different solution and we’ll consult with you to determine the best possible solution for you.
  4. For any damages that occur, we pay for replacement, arrange the repair, or search for a replacement. Our service is fully focused on making this final part of your move a success despite the misfortune of dealing with damages.
